- This jelly is a blend of Okanagan Ice Wine which is made from grapes frozen while still on the vine producing a very sweet desert wine. We blend the Ice Wine with a BC VQA White Wine and locally grown jalapeno peppers. This jelly is a bit sweeter than most of our wine jellies. Vegan & Gluten Free, Hot
Orchard Chutney
- Of all the chutney we make, this recipe is the only one without raisins and therefore is the most savoury and less sweet. If you’re a “wanna be salsa eater” but don’t like the heat, you might find this chutney more to your liking. It’s also great on a quiche or breakfast casserole, served over meatloaf or meat pies… you get the idea. A blend of peaches, pears & tomatoes. Vegan & Gluten Free

Jalapeno Gin Jelly
- We’ve combined B.C. vine ripened peaches and apricots with jalapeno peppers and Okanagan Spirits locally distilled Gin (another tasty treat from the Okanagan). It has a very gentle burn and a nice fruity flavour. Vegan & Gluten Free, Medium
