How soon will my order be ready?
After your gift is purchased it will be ready for delivery or pickup within 1 - 3 business days. If you are in a rush please email karla@avenue29gifts.ca for arrangements. Custom gift orders will vary depending on request.
What are your delivery and pickup options?
Personal Delivery is available in Winnipeg, Manitoba only. If your gift is being delivered please provide a phone # for the recipient in order for us to call and make suitable delivery arrangements. We will not leave a package on the doorstep. Recipients are very excited to receive a phone call telling them that they are receiving a special gift.
If you or your gift recipient are not available at the agreed upon delivery window the gift box will be taken back to our location where you can make arrangements to pickup. If you are unable to pickup and require another delivery time, a confirmed time and day will be arranged with a $ 15.00 redelivery fee.
If it is more convenient, you may pickup your gift on a day and time which will be confirmed via email.
Free delivery will apply with orders $ 100.00 and over. A $ 6.00 delivery fee will apply on a $ 50.00 minimum order which will be automatically calculated at checkout for only Winnipeg, MB addresses with the proper postal code entered in Shipping Information. Orders below the $ 50.00 minimum will ship via Canada Post within the city of Winnipeg. Orders past the perimeter are subject to a $ 22.00 personal delivery fee based on postal code entered. IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT DO DELIVERIES TO ANY HOSPITAL UNLESS WE ARE ABLE TO LEAVE AT A FRONT ENTRANCE DESK - WE WILL NOT DELIVER DIRECT TO THE PATIENT.
Where do you ship?
Shipping is available within Manitoba and across Canada using Canada Post. Shipping takes approximately 3 - 7 business days depending on your destination.
****IMPORTANT**** If you are shipping more than 1 box to the same address/location please contact us for a shipping quote at 204-894-9233 or karla@avenue29gifts.ca to receive a quote prior to your placing an order. If this process does not happen, the order will be on hold until the additional shipping charges have been paid.
We do not ship to the USA or Internationally at this time.
What will my gift box look like when it arrives?
If your gift box is picked up or personally delivered, it will arrive in the beautiful gift box described as per the product you chose. If your gift box is shipped via Canada Post the gift box as per the product you chose will be inside a shipping carton.
Does my gift box have a note?
You have the option to select a complimentary message card of your choice. Leave your special message in the message box provided at checkout. Your message will be handwritten & placed inside the gift box. If you would like to personalize the card yourself, the card will be placed in an envelope and placed on the outside of the gift box. Ensure that you provide the name of the person you would like on the card and your name.
Can I customize a gift box?
Absolutely! We would be happy to collaborate on design and product ideas for wedding bridal parties, welcome gifts for out of town guests, corporate and client gifts and any other occasion where you would like to inject your own style and message. If you would like to include an item in a single gift box order, please note that only 1 small item is accepted and must be dropped off at Avenue 29 Gifts.
What is your return policy?
All ready to shop gift boxes and custom gift designs are a final sale and non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your gift, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to ensure you are happy.
