How soon will my order be ready?

After your gift is purchased it will be ready for delivery or pickup within 2 - 3 business days.  If you are in a rush please email karla@avenue29gifts.ca for arrangements. Custom gift orders will vary depending on request. 

What are your delivery and pickup options?

Free delivery is available in Winnipeg, Manitoba only.  If your gift is delivered direct to yourself or your recipient, please ensure that you or your recipient will be available for the arranged delivery time which will be confirmed via email.  We do not want to leave a package on the doorstep.

If it is more convenient, you may pickup your gift on a day and time which will be confirmed via email. 

***Only Winnipeg, MB addresses can enter discount codes WINNIPEGPICKUP or WINNIPEGDELIVERY  at checkout to receive free shipping.  You will still be asked for your Shipping Information even if you are in Winnipeg.  Once you enter the discount codes the shipping fees will be cancelled.***

Where do you ship?

Shipping is available within Manitoba and across Canada using Canada Post.  Canada Post fees will be calculated based on the weight of your box and will appear at checkout. Free Shipping over $ 150.00 will apply across Canada.  Shipping takes approximately 3 - 7 business days depending on your destination. 

If you are shipping multiple boxes we would be happy to prepare a shipping quotation.  Please email karla@avenue29gifts before placing your order.  

We do not ship to the USA or Internationally at this time. 

What will my gift box look like when it arrives?

If your gift box is picked up or personally delivered, it will arrive in the beautiful gift box described as per the product you chose.  If your gift box is shipped via Canada Post the gift box as per the product you chose will be inside a shipping carton.  

Does my gift box have a note?

You have the option to select a complimentary message card of your choice.  Leave your special message in the message box provided at checkout.  Your message will be handwritten & placed inside the gift box.  If you would like to personalize the card yourself, the card will be placed in an envelope and placed on the outside of the gift box. Ensure that you provide the name of the person you would like on the card and your name.  

Can I customize a gift box?

Absolutely!  We would be happy to collaborate on design and product ideas for wedding bridal parties, welcome gifts for out of town guests, corporate and client gifts and any other occasion where you would like to inject your own style and message. 

Can alcohol be included in a gift box?

Yes, however we are unable to ship alcohol outside of Manitoba.  If you have a special beverage that you would like included please email karla@avenue29gifts.ca to design a custom box. 

What is your return policy?

All ready to shop gift boxes and custom gift designs are a final sale and non-refundable.  If you are not satisfied with your gift, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to ensure you are happy.
